Swingvy has established an Information Security Management System in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 27001:2022 standard to guarantee the continuity of information systems. Our approach to product development ensures our customers are in control of their data and that their information is safe.

Data security is critical to everything we do at Swingvy.

Data center security

We host all of our data in physically secure, Amazon Web Services (AWS) facilities that include 24/7 on-site security, camera surveillance, and more.

Data encryption

Data sent to or from Swingvy is encrypted at rest in AWS using AES-256 key encryption.

Data backups

Swingvy’s production systems and data are backed up on a regular basis. We run through a checklist to verify data is recorded and usable. Backups are tested on a periodic basis.

Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Swingvy has implemented a series of checks at each stage of our product's journey, which we collectively call our Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC). Our SDLC helps both proactively and retroactively discover security vulnerabilities.

Regular security testing

In addition to our own internal vulnerability scans, we regularly engage with external security service providers to perform penetration tests, examining our systems and applications.

Swingvy ensures that all customer accounts are created with industry best practices in mind. Whether you need to configure Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication, activate Two-Factor Authentication (2FA / MFA), or establish Role-based Access Permissions (RBAP) for your employees, we've got you covered.
